Return & Exchange Policy

Returns for exchange or refund must be made within 15 days of shipment, NO EXCEPTIONS. Clearance items are not returnable or refundable. All refunds are for merchandise only; shipping charges are non-refundable.

No exchanges will be made until returned merchandise is received in its original new condition, not worn, in its original packaging. Please enclose a copy of the original packing list and a note stating what you would like to exchange for.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing on all returns.

Checklist for making a return:

- Product(s) must be in new condition in the original packaging with tags still attached.
- All undergarments, tights, and clearance items, are a FINAL SALE unless defective.
- Shoe boxes must not be damaged. Do not use your shoebox as the shipping box.
- Please include a copy of your packing list. If you send the original, it will not be returned.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
